South Sea Cruises – Weather Advisory in place for Monday 11 September 2023

Fiji Meteorology Services still has heavy rain and strong wind warnings however South Sea Cruises Group, after assessing and convening, deems conditions to be within safe operating parameters and therefore all products and services are operating as scheduled, and/or until further notice.
All customers, resorts, and trade partners should however be aware that whilst all products and services are scheduled to operate at the time of issuing this memo, some products or services may be suspended with little or no notice should conditions deteriorate or be deemed unsafe by either shoreside operations, island management, or the captain of respective vessels. This includes the possibility of products or services being suspended after departure. Customers should also note that some activities such as watersports, and the semi-submersible at South Sea Island may be suspended.
For those customers booked to travel on a Day Trip today, South Sea Cruises Group is offering all customers the opportunity to defer their Day Trip to another day or cancel with no penalty and receive a full refund should they choose to do so prior to departure. If booked directly with us a refund will be processed within the next 21 days, if not sooner. If booked via a third party, customers will be able to claim their refund via that third party and we will acknowledge according to this memo.
